“Who is the best pest control company in Missoula, Montana?”

No single company is "the best" in Missoula. It depends on your pest, your budget and how well a company answers your calls. A quick search did turn up a few local companies with strong reviews:

• Shield Pest Defense: It has a recent 5-star review on Angi. The customer said store-bought pesticides "did nothing" but Shield fixed the problem.
• Pest Patrol Montana, LLC: A reviewer said the owner "responded within minutes on a Sunday" and was friendly and professional.
• Bug Master Pest Control (236 Montana Ave): It's rated 5.0 on Angi for quality, value, professionalism and responsiveness, and 4.8 for punctuality, though that's from only 6 reviews and some are old.
• Guardian Pest Solution: 5.0 from 9 reviews.
• Gunstock, LLC: It got a strong review for a thorough inspection with photos, but that review is from 2019.

Other things to keep in mind:

• Your pest matters. Some local companies also handle wildlife, which can help with rodents, bats or raccoons. One Missoula company advertises as eco-friendly pest and wildlife control serving Missoula, Lake, Ravalli, Flathead, Granite and Lewis and Clark counties.
• National chains like Orkin, Terminix and Rentokil may also serve the area. Local companies often score better on service.
• Before you hire, check recent Google reviews, confirm the company holds a Montana Department of Agriculture pesticide applicator license, get 2–3 quotes, and ask about guarantees and contract terms.

Many of these reviews are years old and some counts are small, so check recent reviews before you decide.
